Team: You will be part of a global and multicultural team covering the African continent, reporting to the Managing Director based in Nairobi.


  • Research Work
    • Responsible for developing Sagaci Research quantitative methodologies and ensuring that Sagaci Research is always up-to-date on all topics, methodologies, techniques, tools related to quantitative research
    • Manage or/and act as a reference check for quantitative projects or activities
    • Organize, lead and coach a team of Analysts to ensure an appropriate level of insight and timely delivery of research
    • Take direct responsibility to review and guarantee analysis accuracy and level of insight
    • Display strong sector expertise on “consumer” related topics
    • Manage selected client relationships and act as the central point of contact for selected key accounts
  • Business Development
    • Responsible for creating awareness among potential clients
    • Work closely with Sales team to identify potential clients and how to approach them
    • Responsible for quantitative related proposals: writing/reviewing
    • Support business growth as a spokesperson on consumer topics


  • 6-8 years of significant experience in quantitative market research
  • Outstanding knowledge of consumer goods industries
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Personal skills: Team player, good time management and strong communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to coach and mentor others
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity and honesty
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • English language is a must and French language is a strong addition
