The Sales Director in Sagaci Research is responsible for creating the Sagaci Research sales strategy and for setting the sales road map and process

Main Roles

  • Builds the sales function and defines a clear sales process to be executed by sales team
  • Oversees the sales team hiring, training and development programs
  • Develops and mentor the current and future sales team
  • Runs sales meetings and workshops
  • Drives performance through daily coaching and motivating of sales team
  • Supports sales team in building mapping of stakeholders/clients and in mapping products to be prioritized by client
  • Supports Country Managers to ensure proper focus of local sales efforts and adherence to process
  • Works closely with countries managers and heads of BU to set sales plans and estimates sales targets for each country and BU
  • Works closely with head of BUs and Head of Marketing on client proposals
  • Recommends product enhancements to head of BUs
  • Creates and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Maps and identify relevant events where Sagaci Research needs to be present and decide with Marketing and Head of BU on how to present Sagaci Research


  • At least 10 years of sales experience in a relationship driven B2B environment
  • Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships. Demonstrated ability to penetrate and close new accounts and opportunities
  • Experience in building sales strategies and teams
